I always return for a romantic escape. On my first stay, the staff helped me with money exchange. This place suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, laundry, bar, and 24-hour reception. It's my go-to for a delightful and hassle-free stay.

The room was cozy, with a compact bathroom and a comfortable bed. It felt snug and perfect for a solo traveler like me.

The bathroom size was a bit small, but some might find it cute.

I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Generator. The location was great, close to the train station. Despite some negative reviews, I didn't experience any noisy guests or rude staff. The en-suite toilet and shower were small but clean. I would recommend this hostel.

The experience at the hostel was marred by several negative aspects. the pricing system seemed unclear and somewhat manipulative, with blacked out prices on the vending machine and overpriced tea.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the train station. It's so convenient, with lots of restaurants nearby. You can easily explore the city from here, as it's directly opposite the main station. The rooms are cozy with big windows, especially on the upper floors, and I loved the aeroplane style bathroom - it's compact but has everything you need.

I recently stayed at Generator in Hamburg for a week-long trip. The location was perfect, right next to the main train station, making it easy to explore the city. The lounge area was a great place to relax, and the breakfasts were delicious with plenty of options. I appreciated the convenient USB plugs and sockets near the bed, as well as the friendly staff and fast wifi. Despite the affordable price, the room was clean and the blankets and pillows were soft. Plus, the view of the Hamburg Bahnhof was a nice bonus!

The decoration of the hotel was simply delightful. The common areas were bright and colorful, with plenty of space and cozy seating. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was exceptional, as there were no steps to navigate and the lounge areas were very comfortable and accommodating for resting and socializing.

I would ask for better assistance from the children working there to ensure a more enjoyable vacation for senior people.

Those looking for a lively atmosphere would be delighted by the hostel’s location in the city centre.

The male staff at the hostel are often unhelpful and sometimes downright rude. Giving the impression of not wanting to help at all.

Cool industrial design, lively atmosphere, plenty of cultural and entertainment options nearby, perfect for meeting friends and having a good time. Loved the urban vibe!

Oh, just adored the grouchy reception staff and the charmingly small showers, really added that special touch to my stay.

I enjoyed a delightful evening at the Helter Skelter music bar, where the creative design and great local music made for an unforgettable experience.

My wife says that a larger bathroom with kid-friendly amenities would have been perfect for families.

I chose this hotel for attending a session, and it provided a bank of free computers as well as desk space with ample wall outlets for those who want to use their own devices. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere in the common areas was pleasant.

One service that I missed for my work was a lack of printing facilities, which would have been helpful for some of my documents and reports.
